By connecting your Solana wallet and using Refund SOL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using Refund SOL immediately.

2. Service Description

Refund SOL provides tools that allow users to:

  • Identify and close idle Solana token accounts
  • Refund SOL rent held by those accounts
  • Participate in a referral program to earn commission rewards

Refund SOL does not hold custody of your assets. All transactions are executed on the Solana blockchain via your connected wallet.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Refund SOL, you agree to:

  • Ensure that you are the lawful owner of the connected wallet
  • Verify all transaction details before confirming on your wallet
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Accept that blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed

4. Fees

Refund SOL charges a service fee of 10%–15% on refunded SOL rent. The actual fee rate may vary depending on the number of accounts closed.

Details of your fee rate can be viewed in your Profile after logging in.

5. Referral Program

Refund SOL offers a referral program that allows users to earn commission rewards.

  • Referral rewards are based on the commission rate displayed in your Referrals page
  • Refund SOL reserves the right to update or adjust referral rates at any time
  • Misuse of the referral program (fraudulent accounts, self-referrals, abuse) may result in suspension of rewards

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Refund SOL is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

  • That the service will always be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
  • That refunded SOL amounts will be consistent due to blockchain variations or network conditions

Users are responsible for verifying all blockchain transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Refund SOL and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service
  • Losses caused by user mistakes, wallet mismanagement, or third-party services (wallets, RPC providers, etc.)
  • Issues beyond our control, such as Solana network outages or blockchain-level risks

8. Modifications

Refund SOL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on refundsol.app. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable to the operators of Refund SOL. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
